Position SummaryBuilds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and managing business relationships within assigned markets including building and construction, appliances, electronics, packaging and consumer goods. Provides required leadership within Woodbridge and at the customer to develop, grow and manage both existing and new business.Job Responsibility Develop and lead the implementation of the customer and market strategy. Maintain 5-Year growth plan aligned with the strategy. Achieve new business wins in alignment with company growth targets and strategic plan. Maintain current book of business. Develop and maintain customer purchasing, engineering and other appropriate relationships. Translate customer requirements into a variety of value propositions to differentiate Woodbridge's products with customer purchasing and engineering organizations. Coordinate Pre-Quote reviews and develop customer response Lead Contract Review Phase 1 prior to award acceptance. Negotiate customer contracts/agreements and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions (Program specifics, LTA, volumes, RMI, etc.) Lead closure of commercial issues, as appropriate. Participate in marketing and product development processes, providing voice of the customer Education College/University graduate (or equivalent) with a minimum of five year's experience in engineering, product development or technical sales. Previous experience working with global OEMs in product areas such as Appliances, Building and Construction, Packaging, Aerospace and Consumer Goods. Working knowledge of product costing, balance sheets and income statements. Knowledge of Polyurethane, polyethylene and similar materials and their associated fabrication processes is desired. Suitable professional skills using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other business software. Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
