Role : MFG Sales Account Manager (Jr. Level)
Mandatory Skills: 3-4 years' experience - ideally from a staffing/RPO firm, with experience of placing tech people (all services, SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Data, IoT, etc.)
* Manufacturing; Retail; CPG; Logistics experience ideal
Sales and Contracts, Staffing Services sold will be our Enterprise App services, Cloud and Data Services and IoT. Industries sold into will be Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail and Transportation/Logistics.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager with experience in staffing services, specifically within the technology and manufacturing industries. This contract role will focus on selling staffing solutions for Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Cloud & Data Services, and IoT. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience placing technical talent within the Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, or Logistics industries, and be able to drive sales while managing client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage client relationships within Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods (CPG), and Logistics industries.
* Sell staffing solutions for Enterprise Application services, Cloud & Data Services, and IoT.
* Identify client staffing needs and present tailored staffing solutions for technical roles.
* Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Account Manager will be working with a team to close deals
Qualifications:
* 3-4 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within a staffing or RPO firm.
* Experience placing technical talent in areas such as SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Data, and IoT.
* Strong understanding of the Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, and Logistics industries.
* Proven track record of sales success and contract negotiation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
* This is an onsite role can be based in midwest region, Dallas, Chicago, Ohio.
