We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative with experience selling a product to join their lighting to sales team in the PA area. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping customers find the best lighting solutions for their needs. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LED lighting market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide expert advice and consultation on LED lighting products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the company and its products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative/business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong knowledge of LED lighting products, technologies, and market trends is a plus.
