Job Description

HSHS is seeking a knowledgeable and creative recruitment marketing program manager to support recruitment marketing efforts for the entire healthcare system. This role is directly responsible for managing our internal referral program, our social media platforms, and will be leading our recruitment marketing rebranding initiative to better align with our system brand in all marketing efforts. This role is responsible for collaborating closely with our internal marketing team and will own our vendor relationships for our virtual job fair platform, programmatic marketing spend, digital campaigns.
This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to our System Director of Talent Acquisition and serves as a key member of our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. Ideal candidates have experience in developing social media ads, developing creative engaging marketing campaigns, and experience managing vendor relationships regarding marketing platforms and marketing spend. We are looking for someone that craves autonomy and works collaboratively with peers and marketing professionals to ensure time sensitive deliverables are met. Balancing competing priorities is a daily aspect of this role and the right candidate is organized and able to support multiple projects of varying complexity. Travel is required as part of this role as needed to support marketing projects across our WI and IL ministries.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related degree is required.
Experience Qualifications
  • 5 years of demonstrated recruitment marketing experience is required, preferably within healthcare.
  • 1 year of direct vendor management and/or marketing project management is required.
  • 1 year of social media management is preferred.
  • 1 year of marketing campaign management is preferred.

Pay Range:
$34.21 - $51.31
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
