This full-time, direct hire role responds professionally to inbound service requests from patients as well as physicians. Must be able to provide accurate information and timely follow-through to requests requiring extensive research and response.The successful Customer Service Representative candidate is able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment, with established standards, guidelines and procedures. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure and patience while speaking with patients and physicians.This role requires the ability to work 40 hours, with potential for overtime as needed. Flexibility to work varied schedules during initial training is required. Regular work schedule will be Monday - Friday, and there are various shifts available, up until 8:00 p.m., PLUS full benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment, 401K, PTO, annual bonus and much more.Our client offers a casual yet professional environment that caters to its employees. Meditation Room, Nursing Mothers Room, in-house convenience store and more!Requirements:Strong communication skills, articulate and concise.Speaks clearly using appropriate grammar and word choice.Displays professional telephone etiquette.Bilingual candidates a plus, but not required.Computer Skills:Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word: working knowledge (not mastery)Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus.Able to learn new software easily.Education/Experience/Knowledge:Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and at least one year’s prior customer services experience.
