Required Skills & Experience
Work as part of the Quality Assurance team, handling maintenance, changes, and service requests between two different applications (Live Link and Service Now).
Utilize Outlook for communication and task management.
Handle account maintenance and change requests for open accounts.
Manage a high volume of changes and requests.
Training will be provided.
