Discipline employees when required as per company policy. Resolve employee conflicts fairly as they arise and make appropriate recommendations for hiring, termination, advancement and demotion of supervised employees.Maintain documentation to support all department activities.Your Credentials:Five years of progressive manufacturing experience with experience working within a leadership capacity.Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.Ability to plan use of time and resources effectively and efficiently.Demonstrated strong leadership, team building, coaching and the ability to build a culture and motivate people is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical.High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Must be highly motivated and results oriented. Proven ability to assume ownership of the process and drive continuous improvement.
