We are seeking a customer service specialist to join our close-knit team and uphold our tradition of outstanding customer care.Responsibilities include:Provide Exceptional Customer Service - Serve as the friendly and helpful voice of Onnen Company by responding promptly and courteously to customer's inquires, concerns, and requests. Manage incoming calls and emails.Product and Service Knowledge - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information and feedback.Problem Resolution - Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a positive resolution while adhering to company policies and guidelines.Order Processing - Perform order entry, assist customers with order placement, shipment tracking and managing returns.Relationship Building - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions and follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Feedback and Improvement - Share customer feedback and insights with the team to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.If you have a passion for customer service and are dedicated to providing outstanding service and solutions, come join our team where you make a difference.Qualifications:Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred but not required.Ability to manage a diverse set of tasks in a small, busy office environment.Friendly and empathetic attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with problem solving and resolving conflict.Strong attention to detail.Proficient with strong computer knowledge, various software and applications.Self-motivated.Ideal Candidate will have the following:All skills listed above.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP.Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office productsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite productsPrincipals only.
