Job Title: Patient Registrar - Surgical

Location: Flushing, NY 11355

Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F (40 Hours weekly)

Duration: 13 weeks (Possible Extension)

Pay Range: $21 - 23/hr .

Job Summary:

Verify patient identities, obtain necessary authorizations or consents, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Confirm insurance coverage, pre-authorize services, and explain billing processes or payment options to patients.

Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish

Exp scheduling procedures.

Strong analytical, organizational & time management skills.

Exp w/prior authorization for imaging and medication, insurance verifications.
