About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology and Product Officer to lead the transformation of its customer experience and the infrastructure that supports it. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of redefining how financial services are delivered, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. This pivotal role involves direct responsibility for product technology, internal technology, data science, and information security. The CTO | CPO will be expected to build and own the product roadmap, guide the product development journey, and ensure the highest levels of information security. Additionally, the role requires a strategic approach to data science, with the aim of tailoring products to meet customer needs and making data-driven business decisions.Key requirements for this unique position include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 8-10 years experience in information technology, and a proven track record in senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. Experience in payments is preferred. The role demands a leader who is enthusiastic about understanding customer needs, building technology-enabled solutions, and is adept at combining qualitative insights with data to create products that delight customers. A passion for revolutionizing the delivery of financial services by community and regional banks and a commitment to talent development are also essential.
