The Company is seeking a Vice President, Digital to oversee and drive all aspects of digital strategy and tactical development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital development and consulting, ensuring excellence in digital project management, UX design, programming, systems integration, strategic consulting, and quality assurance. This role involves leading integrated digital ideation for new business initiatives, RFP responses, and pitches, while also championing innovation in healthcare and life sciences. The VP, Digital will be a key figure in the company, serving as a digital ambassador and maintaining open dialogue with customers. Essential functions include managing and coordinating digital teams, planning for the deployment of digital resources, and taking responsibility for the performance and enhancement of all digital projects.Applicants for the VP, Digital position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of digital experience, with a strong background in strategic, UX design, programming, or project management. A minimum of 5 years of management experience with multi-disciplinary teams and 5 years in related health sciences verticals is also required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in assessing business needs, delivering innovative digital tools, and a deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and modern technology trends.
