Description
Lexus of Bridgewater is looking for a motivated newcomer to join our dealership team as a Vehicle Inventory Administrator. This is a great first step into the automotive industry, perfect for someone who loves organization and wants to learn!
What You'll Do

• Keep track of vehicle inventory using computer systems
• Help process paperwork for car sales
• Assist in tracking how many cars we have and where they're located
• Support the sales team by helping manage vehicle stock
• Learn how to use inventory management software
• Help with basic administrative tasks like scanning deal documents, processing invoices and filing

Requirements
What We're Looking For

• We'll train the right person ! Prior Automotive dealership and inventory management experience strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel, Axcessa and Dealer Management Systems (such a CDK and Reynolds & Reynolds) strongly preferred
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the automotive sales processes and market trends is a plus
