We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Probate Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Junior Probate Litigation Attorney, you will work closely with senior attorneys to assist with will contests, trust disputes, and other probate-related matters. This is an excellent role for someone eager to learn and grow in a specialized area of law.ResponsibilitiesAssist senior attorneys in handling probate litigation cases, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts.Conduct legal research on probate law, wills, trusts, and estate planning issues.Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests under the supervision of senior attorneys.Review and analyze estate planning documents, including wills and trusts, to help build cases.Prepare case summaries and assist in trial preparation, including organizing evidence and preparing exhibits.Participate in client meetings, providing support and assisting in communicating legal advice under the guidance of senior attorneys.Keep up-to-date with developments in probate and trust law to enhance case strategies.Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in CaliforniaMinimum 2 years of experience in probate litigation, estate planning, or a related field Strong written and oral communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while learning from senior attorneys.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Interest in developing a long-term career in probate and estate litigation.Compensation $120,000+ depending on experienceWeiner Law is a growing trusts and estates firm.
