Our law firm is seeking a skilled and dynamic Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising clients on insurance coverage matters, drafting and interpreting policies, and representing clients in coverage disputes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on a wide range of insurance coverage issues, including interpretation of insurance policies, coverage disputes, and bad faith claims.
• Analyze complex insurance claims and advise clients on policy provisions, exclusions, and coverage limits.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation related to insurance coverage disputes.
• Draft and review insurance policy language, endorsements, and related documents.
• Assist in the negotiation and resolution of claims and disputes, advocating on behalf of clients when necessary.
• Stay current on trends and developments in insurance law, providing clients with proactive advice.
• Work closely with clients, insurance companies, and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• 3-6 years of experience in insurance coverage law, with a strong understanding of policy interpretation and litigation.
• Experience in representing clients in insurance disputes, including both first-party and third-party coverage issues .
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle complex legal matters.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
