About the Role

The role also involves enhancing the financial strength and sustainability of the schools, supporting the recruitment and retention of excellent faculty and staff, and partnering with the Board of Trustees to maintain a solid relationship with the local Diocese.The ideal candidate will be a personable and engaging leader with strong emotional intelligence, known for their ability to build relationships and inspire excellence. They should have a successful track record in executive leadership, particularly in a dynamic setting with multiple constituents, and possess strong business acumen. The President will be expected to be a visionary, capable of supervising the development and implementation of strategic plans, and experienced in organizational advancement. Strong communication skills, a bias for action, and a collaborative, team-building approach are essential for this role. The position requires a leader who can effectively tell the story of the school system, both internally and externally, and who is adept at drawing the community together in support of the system's mission and goals.
