The role demands a leader who can align operations with mission-based goals, scale performance for long-term sustainability, and ensure the organization operates in accordance with all relevant regulations. The CSOO will also be instrumental in leading the company's ESG initiatives, promoting a culture of sustainability and social responsibility, and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
