The Company is seeking a Managing Partner for its Advisory practice, a key leadership role focused on driving the firm's vision, strategy, and goals in the advisory services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for positioning the firm as a leader in providing exceptional and tailored advisory services to small and mid-size businesses, particularly in the middle market. This role demands a practice builder with a strong background in consulting or advisory services, including a proven track record of leadership and management. The Managing Partner will be tasked with ensuring the growth and operations of the advisory service line, fostering collaboration among various stakeholders, and developing professionals within the practice. A proactive, flexible, and creative mindset is essential, as is the ability to drive the use of technology and innovation to enhance service offerings and profitability.Applicants for the Managing Partner position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred) and a minimum of 15 years' experience in consulting or advisory services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as strong communication and the ability to build trustful relationships. A background in driving growth and managing complex operations in a dynamic environment is crucial.
