Phillips Medisize is seeking a Global Account Manager that will be responsible for managing and growing key global accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term profitable business growth. This role requires developing collaborative and trusting relationships with customers across multiple integrated levels and disciplines, learning from their perspectives to generate insights and discover new ways to create mutual value.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our and our customers' markets by understanding our industry point of view and help articulate how this will play out with our customers.
  • Develop industry/market insights, identify trends, and collaborate with others to integrate this knowledge into our market analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction at a global level and prioritizing actions to meet expectations.
  • Direct and contribute to long-term, profitable business growth by extending the company's footprint in existing accounts and to new stakeholders to promote account growth.
  • Assess economic value and risks of opportunities to seek upgrades and approval from senior management to support customer strategies.
  • Manage and expand relationships on functions like GID, operations, sales, marketing, and customer centricity.
  • Achieve maximum value from the existing book of business and overall profitable growth of the account.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in global account management
  • Experience working with market trends and customer needs
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools.

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $160,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
In order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
