Reports to: President/CEOFLSA Status: Exempt Full-timeObjective:The Senior Marketing Manager is accountable for Geissler's brand communication, PR, and advertising strategy. Create awareness of the company's business activities while strengthening the company's market presence. This is a leadership role, therefore, contributes to the overall growth and long-term direction of the company.Essential Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and hold marketing team members accountable.Develop and implement Geissler's marketing, advertising, and PR communications strategy.Ensure consistent brand strategy across all platforms online and in-store.Oversee the marketing department and lead projects from beginning to end.Develop signage and communication strategies for in-store programs.Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors' marketing movements.Identify customer trends and adjust marketing plans.Make recommendations to Sales and Procurement teams.Develop promotions along with advertising partners.Coordinate, manage, and participate in promotional events and activities online and in-store.Responsible for producing effective content for the company's online presence.Meet with marketing partners and vendors to sell in promotional programs.Analyze metrics and store sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to determine the most effective marketing campaigns across channels.Collaborate with the leadership team to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and direction of the company.Communicate advertising and marketing campaigns to the Sales & Procurement team, update on effectiveness, and review changes to maximize sales goals.Build and manage the customer acquisition and loyalty strategy and oversee execution.Oversee Marketing & Ecommerce Manager as well as Social Media Coordinator.Perform other duties as requested or assigned.All employees are expected to demonstrate a commitment to Geissler's core values, including teamwork, reliability, commitment to continuous growth, and fostering a positive and respectful work environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or relevant field.Proven skills with marketing, advertising campaigns, and effective brand strategy.Familiarity with customer loyalty and CRM marketing systems.Experience leading a marketing team.Analytical and creative thinking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable being in front of a camera and speaking to an audience.Thorough knowledge of web analytics.Customer-oriented approach with aptitude.Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively across several teams.Ability to travel to store locations and collaborate with store personnel.Working Conditions: Physical effort (up to 25 pounds).Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, hand/eye/foot coordination, repetitive motions, talking.Physical Strength: Sedentary work.
