What You’ll Do

As a Sous Chef , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by:

• Overseeing Food Production : Manage daily food preparation activities, ensuring all meals meet our high standards and recipe specifications.
• Maintaining Quality & Safety : Implement HACCP and other safety regulations while conducting quality checks to uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Leading the Team : Inspire, guide, and develop your staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring Compliance : Monitor adherence to regulations from FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, and more.
• Driving Efficiency : Optimize labor productivity and minimize costs without compromising quality.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience : 3–5 years of experience in commercial cooking, or a certification/apprenticeship from a culinary school.
• Leadership : Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high-paced production environment.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of HACCP, FDA, USDA, and other food safety regulations.
• Skills : Exceptional communication, organizational, and financial management abilities (e.g., controlling food costs, reducing waste).
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
