Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Fresno, CA

Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 per year


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from conception to completion. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing project operations, and overseeing field labor needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a track record of successful project management and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Create and manage conceptual designs, cost estimates, and proposals while ensuring compliance with building codes and LEED standards.
  • Oversee field labor coordination and installation sequencing.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and billing processes to ensure financial objectives are met.

Client & Team Relations:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Represent the company during client meetings and ensure seamless coordination between engineering, purchasing, and field construction teams.
  • Mentor and guide team members to drive successful project outcomes.

Technical Leadership:

  • Oversee plumbing calculations, equipment layouts, and design implementation.
  • Conduct field engineering tasks such as troubleshooting, document management, and quality control.
  • Utilize tools like AutoCAD and Revit to develop precise designs and models.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience managing HVAC projects ranging from $50,000 to $25+ million.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business and manage complex projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes, energy standards, and industry best practices.
