Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial preparation, including depositions and motion practice.
• Analyze legal issues and prepare legal documents such as motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses .
• Maintain client relationships by providing legal guidance and counseling on potential risks and defense strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance defense

Base Salary Range: $155,000 - $220,000/annually
