Position: Manager of Med/Surg/Telemetry - Full Time

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Location: Murrieta-CA

Base Salary: $126,609 to $183,500 +Best-in-class benefits

Essential Job Duties:

*Attention to detail, high level of accuracy.

*Ability to maintain confidentiality and function effectively with high volumes of patients.

*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Must demonstrate good computer skills.

*Solid understanding of English, grammar, and punctuation.

*Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, BSA, circumference and volume.

*Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Job Requirements:

*Two (2) years of recent department specific experience required.

*Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred.

Minimum Essential Education:

*Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.

*Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred.

Required Licensure / Certifications:

*Registered Nurse with current California RN license.

*Current BLS certification.

*ACLS certification.

*Basic EKG/tele interpretation experience required OR completing a Basic EKG class within six months of employment
