Medical Dosimetrist

MRP, Inc. is searching for a Medical Dosimetrist in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. The successful professional will join our collegial team of physicists and dosimetrists working both on-site and remote.

Medical Radiation Physics began as a small group of physicists and dosimetrists in the late 1980's in the Cincinnati area who provided routine clinical physics, dosimetry and treatment planning to nearby hospitals.

Our mission was to provide affordable, yet excellent, service.

Today, that tradition continues. MRP is comprised of a large diverse group of Board Certified Physicists and Dosimetrists whose knowledge, experience, and talent allow MRP to offer the full spectrum of radiation oncology services.

Salary based on experience and generally in accordance with the AAMD Salary Survey.

Requirements:

Candidates must be certified by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) or be board eligible within 2 years. The successful candidate will work independently under the supervision of an on-site MRP Physicist(s), providing RTT guidance, image fusion, contouring of normal tissues, and independent 3D and IMRT/VMAT treatment planning in accordance with physician directives.

Experience with the Aria/Eclipse environment and TrueBeam linear accelerators is preferred.
