About the Position:

We are seeking a HVAC Commercial Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client to drive business growth and oversee project execution. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in sales, estimating, and project management within the commercial HVAC industry. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and commercial clients to expand the company’s market presence.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Preparing and presenting competitive project estimates to secure new contracts.
• Overseeing all phases of HVAC commercial projects, from setup to successful closeout, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and on-time project delivery.
• Staying informed on industry trends, building codes, and best practices to provide value-driven solutions to clients.

Requirements
