The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee the clinical staff in the clinic (12-15 people), work hands on with patients and be responsible for staff scheduling, evaluations, hiring, payroll and clinical operations. This candidate's day-day responsibilities will include making staffing assignments daily, administering chemo with patients, taking triage calls when needed and finishing up the day with clinical operational duties and more.

- Maintaining Emergency kit, oxygen tanks, chemo pumps – creating necessary tickets
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Florida.
- At least 2 years of strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong oncology/infusion experience
- Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic/hospital with direct infusion experience
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
