As we prepare to open our new
Cranford facility, we're seeking an
Assistant General Manager to join our team. Supporting the staff and General Manager, our
AGM will have the opportunity to help cultivate and implement a unique environment of health and wellness unmatched in our industry. The
AGM will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, providing crucial boots-on-the-ground supervision in the absence of the GM. Exceptional customer service skills are vital for this role, and our ideal candidate has a customer-centric approach, leadership attributes, and a real, tangible passion for health & wellness. This position will begin as part-time and quickly transition to full-time as we get closer to our opening day.

Primary Responsibilities Include :
- Assist manager with oversight of daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective service delivery for all clients.
- Attend professional meetings and interact professionally with clients, staff, and external associates as needed.
- Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest cleanliness and safety standards, in compliance with company policies and health regulations.
- Ensure every client receives exceptional, personalized care in a professional and welcoming environment.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, or complaints, handling situations with care and a customer-first mentality.
- Ensure staff follow The DripBaR's protocols for intake, consultation, and treatment to ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
- Promote client education regarding the benefits of IV hydration and wellness services.
- Follow and achieve DripBaR - Cranford's sales goals (monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis)
- Remain knowledgeable about our range of products and services.
- Recommend related products to increase customers' options and enrich the experience.
- Explain the benefits and functions of products and methods of preparation, instructing clients how to use them to achieve the best results.
- Promote special sales, offers, and awareness of membership programs.
- Accept & process orders, operate the POS (Zenoti), and resolve issues.
- Track and order office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing packages and mail.
- Ensure compliance with franchise standards and local regulations related to the operation of the IV hydration clinic.
- Report to the franchise owner regularly on location performance, customer feedback, and any operational challenges.
- Stay updated on corporate guidelines, policies, and industry best practices to maintain brand integrity and service consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns, increase brand awareness, and drive client acquisition.
- Maintain relationships with local professionals, wellness centers, and community organizations to foster referrals and partnerships.
- Represent The DripBaR in the community by attending events, networking opportunities, and engagements as needed to promote wellness and hydration therapy services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: - At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
- Possess experience in a management or supervisory role (health/wellness, retail, spa, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of health and wellness trends (experience in IV therapy, fitness, or medical spa industry is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
