Job Description The Operations Analyst develops analytics and provides monthly reporting based on data tied to the business operations. The associate will manage data related to scheduled retail program activity, cycle implementation and execution. The candidate must have strong experience and knowledge of using Excel to manage large quantities of data, create pivot tables to organize and analyze data to gain insights, and prepare summary reports for the FrontLine Marketing management team.
Responsibilities - Input and extract detailed cycle execution reporting data from multiple sources for tracking and analysis, as well as verifying accuracy of data input and/or received.
- Build detailed and interactive reports in Excel.
- Compile client contract details for quarterly commission reconciliations, payments, and reporting.
- Develop custom, ad hoc Power BI Reports and maintain existing reports with up to date data.
- Follow up, resolve and/or escalate all outstanding issues in an organized and timely manner.
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Assist in communicating project status to all involved parties verbally through weekly status reports and review meetings. Follow-up on all outstanding issues in an organized and timely manner.

Qualifications Education
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
- Highly proficient with MS Office applications and more specifically with advanced experience and proven results managing complex data in Excel, or similar type software
- Must have intermediate to advanced working knowledge in Power BI
- Self-starter with experience and proven results managing time-sensitive projects.
- Business analytical skills with the ability to link information to action and results.
- Must have superb attention to detail.
- Must be highly competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Assertive team player with proven sense of urgency and the ability to work cohesively as a team member.
- Strong written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate group meetings.
