Our client is seeking a seasoned General Manager / SVP to drive strategic growth, oversee cross-functional operations, and lead high-value negotiations. In this key leadership role, you will manage P&L, spearhead transformative initiatives, and align teams to achieve bold business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations for contracts exceeding $100M, building strategic partnerships that fuel growth.
• Manage P&L, ensuring financial stability and long-term profitability.
• Align and oversee cross-functional operations to achieve company goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to exceed year-over-year (YoY) revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Inspire and guide large, diverse teams while fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
• Drive the successful delivery of end-to-end satellite programs for customers.
• Demonstrate expertise in program management and execution.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in the space industry, with a focus on satellite system sales.
• A proven history of leading large teams and delivering exceptional outcomes.
• Consistent success in surpassing YoY revenue goals.
