Customer Success Manager (Cradle to Grave) at Central Logistics Inc:

Are you a motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for customer success and freight transportation brokerage services? Responsibilities:

Prospect and Build Relationships: Utilize your strong communication skills to develop professional relationships with customers, primarily through phone calls, emails, and outside sales visits. Your goal is to sell our freight transportation brokerage services and showcase the value we bring to their business.

Full Cycle Customer Service: As the point of contact, you'll manage the entire customer journey from contract to delivery. Understanding our customers' shipping needs is vital, as you'll be negotiating rates, contracting carriers/trucking companies, and finding the most efficient shipping options. Providing order tracking and ensuring delivery confirmation will be central to your role.

Efficient Priority Management: Our fast-paced environment requires you to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. Maintaining the flow of business information will be key to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Relationship Maintenance: Daily communication with customers will be essential not only to generate revenue but to nurture strong, long-lasting relationships.

Sales Opportunities: As you work closely with customers, you'll identify sales opportunities and be responsible for closing deals.

Experience:

Entrepreneurial Sales Approach: We value individuals who bring a creative and entrepreneurial approach to sales, making every interaction count.

Cold Calling Expertise: You should be comfortable conducting cold calls to potential customers (75+ calls per day) until your book of business is established.
