Pay Range: $34,000 - 48,000
What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Work in a team environment to provide high quality service to customers
• Collaboration with Internal and external partners on home delivery related matters
• Provide accurate tracking of all customer orders
• Troubleshoot and solve problems related to home delivery
• Special Projects as needed
• Job is onsite in our Lexington office
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• Related experience and/or training is strongly preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office required
• Experience in customer service or order fulfillment/management preferred
• Zendesk ticketing system and Microsoft AX experience preferred
