Corporate Manager of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) to join their Corporate HR Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance workplace health initiatives in a company that values its people as much as its progress.
What You'll Do - Develop and execute a comprehensive EHS strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to embed safety into the company culture.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations, staying ahead of industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement safety measures, and oversee ergonomics programs.
- Lead safety training programs to engage employees at all levels.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Manage workers' compensation claims in collaboration with third-party administrators.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve safety performance.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans to ensure preparedness.
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and DOT.
- OSHA training certification (strongly preferred).
- Experience in ergonomics program development and workers' compensation management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as required.
