Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian  for a full-time (30-32 hours/week) position at Lovelace Women’s Hospital located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Lovelace Women’s Hospital has 173 licensed beds. P osition is eligible for full benefits and has a budgeted salary of $28-$34/hr.

 

Incentives: $2000 Sign On Bonus and $2000 Retention Bonus Available! What You'll Do:
  • Provide nutritional care for a variety of patient populations with various disease states, including critical care and NICU;
  • Provide hospital wide coverage, including weekend and holiday rotation; 
  • Perform quality improvement initiatives within the nutrition department;
  • Educate health care team members, including physicians and nurses; and assist the Food Service Management team, as needed.

What You Bring:
  • Experience in Nutrition Support and NICU preferred not required;
  • Strong verbal/written communication and time management skills;
  • The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team;
  • A strong focus on driving outstanding patient satisfaction results and driving process improvement activities;
  • Be able to creatively problem-solve, work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions while working within a self-directed and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

 

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
