Communication Manager

Jacksonville, FL - Onsite position

Target Salary - $90-100k annually

We are seeking a Communication Manager to lead messaging and communication efforts in a hands-on, individual contributor capacity. This role is perfect for a strategic yet tactical communicator who excels in crafting compelling content, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies that align with company goals.
• Create and manage content for internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, press releases, and presentations.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging consistency across all platforms.
• Oversee social media and digital communication efforts, ensuring engagement and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support internal communications, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Track and analyze communication effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Handle media relations, including drafting press releases and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience managing communication channels such as email, social media, and internal platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Proficiency in content management systems and communication tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
