Shift: Variable Days / 7a-4:30p, 9x4, 36 hrs per week, M-FLength: 13 weeks
On call : 10 shifts/month: 3 W/E, 1 Fri, 6 Mon-ThursWeekend Shifts: 3- 24 hr. weekend CALL shifts
Requirements:MD License

2 Years minimum experience required

Must have 1 prior travel assignment

MD Board of Physicians certified

ARRT

BLS

ACLS

Cerner Preferred

Electronic Documentation preferred

Teaching Hospital Experience preferred

Community Hospital Experience preferred

Other Details:Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity

Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures Required: ASD Closures, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Right heart catheterization, Temporary PacemakerCardiac Cath Lab Procedures Preferred: Hemodynamic monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Permanent Pacemaker Insertion (PPI),
Electrophysiology Studies Required Skills: Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Pacemaker InsertionEP Skills Preferred: Cardiac Ablation
Procedural Skills Required: Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose)Procedural Skills Preferred: Isolation Precautions, Use of Rapid Response team
