Must have experience in working with: DoD Lifecycle management. DoD 5000.1, 5000.2 and Guidebook. Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE). ARIS system engineering tool. required Experience Active DoD Secret Clearance Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority. Preferred certification: DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III
