Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop accurate architectural drawings and plans.
• Use CAD software to create detailed construction documents and design layouts.
• Assist in developing project specifications and ensuring adherence to design standards.
• Work closely with project managers and construction teams to provide design input during the build process.
• Conduct site measurements and inspections to inform accurate designs.
• Review and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
• A strong background in residential remodeling or construction drafting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role; open to candidates with minimal experience but a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
