The  Unapologetic Indian   food group is launching a bold new restaurant, and we’re looking for a passionate  Head Sommelier   to lead our wine program. This is your opportunity to be part of an exciting opening, working closely with our Director of Operations to  curate an exclusive wine list   that pairs seamlessly with our unapologetically flavorful cuisine.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and evolve the wine list
Manage ordering, inventory, and organization of the wine room
Drive wine sales and educate guests & staff
Work the floor and deliver exceptional service
