Taha'a Twisted Tiki is seeking a vibrant Bar Back to join our team and help keep our tiki torches burning bright.  Taha'a Twisted Tiki is on the hunt for a passionate Bar Back to support our team in creating magical experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management:

  • Keep our bar stocked with all the ingredients needed for our signature cocktails, from exotic fruits to top-shelf spirits.

  • Ensure inventory is rotated to maintain freshness and report any shortages promptly.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of our bar area, including glassware, equipment, and the tiki decor.

  • Ensure all health and safety standards are met.

• Service Support:

  • Assist our mixologists by prepping garnishes, ice, and other cocktail components.

  • Help set up and break down the bar for service.

• Customer Service:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service, contributing to the laid-back, friendly vibe of Taha'a Twisted Tiki.

  • Address guest inquiries or concerns with a smile.

• Compliance:

  • Adhere to all alcohol service laws and our internal policies.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.

  • Physical fitness to handle lifting and standing for extended periods.

• Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Willingness to obtain a food handler's card and any required alcohol service certifications.

• Personal Attributes:

  • A team player with a positive, upbeat attitude.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
