Attorneys here are entrusted with substantive, hands-on work that directly influences trial outcomes.

The Litigation Attorney Role

• Managing and responding to written discovery
• Supporting motion practice and conducting legal research
• Investigating key facts and gathering critical case information
• Assisting the trial team with trial preparation, including exhibit preparation, trial binder organization, and witness coordination
• Providing in-court trial support

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 3-11 years of solid litigation experience (defense background strongly preferred)
• Strong research and writing skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
