COMMERCIAL LITIGATION | BUSINESS ATTORNEY

Seeking a 3-5 years' Associate  Attorney with experience in Commercial and Business Litigation for a well-established law firm in central Los Angeles. The ideal candidate with strong experience in business-related disputes, handling commercial cases in state and federal courts. This role requires strong client communication, writing and legal research, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills. A resourceful, time-efficient individual will thrive here for career growth opportunities in complex commercial and high-dollar cases, in a team-oriented, collegial work environment. 

Practice areas include: Corporate, Business Litigation, Construction, Labor & Employment, Trust & Estates, and Real Estate with clients in a plethora of industries such as Life Sciences, Aviation, Cannabis, Energy & Natural Resources, Healthcare and Hospitality. This national firm has a history of strong growth with offices across the US. 

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Significant experience in drafting pleadings, discovery and motions practice
• Taking and defending depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses and experts
• Emphasis on commercial litigation from case inception to resolution
• Strong academic and employment credentials
• Courtroom and trial experience

Join a team of skilled attorneys practicing in sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation. Position is daily in-office. Starting base compensation DOE $135K- $165K, plus bonus, full suite benefits, 401K.
