Our firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team, handling both Personal Injury and Lemon Law cases. This position offers a unique opportunity to advocate for clients in consumer protection and personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage cases independently.

Salary Range : $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually + Bonus

Schedule : Monday-Friday (Full-time/Remote Opportunities Available)

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury and lemon law cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and case-related correspondence.
• Communicate with clients to provide case updates, explain legal strategies, and manage expectations throughout the legal process.
• Conduct and respond to written discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare clients and witnesses.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and manufacturers in lemon law disputes.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as needed.
• Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case progression.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation and/or lemon law preferred, but candidates with litigation experience in other areas are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of discovery, law and motion, and courtroom advocacy.
• Experience handling settlement discussions and mediation.
• Ability to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual (Preferred): Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
