Mechanical Engineer

Location: Peoria, IL

Duration: 24+ months

Pay Rate: $40-$47/hr.

Typical task breakdown:

• Concept design and part modeling using Creo.
• Stress & life analysis

Interaction with team:

• Works closely with Senior Axle Housing Desing Engineer
• Interacts with suppliers, supplier development engineers, and internal process partners (Quality, Operations, etc.)

Education & Experience Required:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Technical Skills

(Required)

• Proficient in Creo
• Understands basic geometric tolerancing
