About the clinician's workday

The clinician will be fully hands-on for pediatric cardiac cases, including general anesthesia for children with congenital heart disease, pediatric catheterization lab procedures (such as device closures and pressure studies), and open-heart surgeries involving heart-lung bypass. When not handling pediatric cardiac cases, the clinician may rotate through general, ENT, orthopedic, GI, vascular, GYN, urology, basic pediatric, and regional anesthesia cases, although this is not mandatory.
