Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to matrimony, child support, and other family law issues.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal matters, ensuring that all relevant facts are considered in decision-making processes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, presenting evidence and arguments in a clear and compelling manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to family law.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to develop effective legal strategies.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all work is completed to a high standard.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed practicing attorney, with a focus on family law.
• Extensive knowledge of family law, particularly in the areas of matrimony and child support.
• Proven experience representing clients in court proceedings.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively resolve disputes and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
