We are a leading Venture Capital law firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles representing both emerging companies and venture investors across the US. We are conducting a search for a senior litigator to work on the Firm’s commercial and entertainment litigation matters.

Job Details

The ideal candidate has:

• well-honed legal research and drafting skills, including for briefs, complaints, memoranda, and mediation statements;
• the ability and experience to handle all levels of litigation in California state and federal courts from client intake through trial;
• a willingness to be a team player to assist our New York litigation department; and
• an “entrepreneurial spirit” and enthusiasm to take a leadership role

No area of specialty is required although we are open to specialized practices to the extent complementary to the Firm’s existing practices, with practice in areas of commercial, IP, and/or entertainment litigation being ideal. We are also open to, and have space to accommodate, a small litigation group. All Los Angeles-based litigators will be supported by our litigation attorneys in New York. Portable business is a plus, as is any experience with California employment law and debtor-creditor issues.
