Job Details Job Title: Associate Attorney – Defense Law Firm
Our Client is a successful law firm specializing in products liability, personal injury, construction litigation, insurance defense, and medical malpractice. With offices in multiple cities, we provide comprehensive legal representation throughout the state.
Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic Associate Attorneys to join their defense firm. You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a diverse caseload, including construction and civil litigation. This role offers valuable real-world experience and potential for partnership.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft legal documents.
Represent clients in court.
Collaborate on case strategies.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Attend networking events.
Assist with case management.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
2-5 years of legal experience.
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with depositions.
