Job Details

We are seeking a Litigation Associate for an on-site position. The role involves case investigation, managing discovery, depositions, document review, drafting motions, and preparing cases for trial. Empathy and rapport-building with clients are essential.

Qualifications:

J.D. from ABA accredited institution and admission to (State) bar, or eligibility for reciprocity;Strong academic record;Excellent legal research and writing abilities;Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships;Willingness to travel frequently;Ability to work individually and as part of a team;Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize;Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment;Commitment to plaintiff work.Preferred Experience:

Trial, research, writing, and deposition experience preferred. Prior asbestos experience is a plus. Judicial clerkship experience encouraged.Please submit a writing sample with your resume.
