We provide service in 11 Western States including California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Colorado, Idaho, and New Mexico. We handle all aspects of the construction process, including planning, estimating, value engineering, management, and safety for your construction projects.

Job Details
Ideal candidate will have the following experience:7-10 Years Commercial Construction Project Management - Medical offices, Retail, Restaurant and Grocery is a plus.High End Tenant Improvement experienceGround up experience is a Plus but not mandatory.Experienced Project Management including Ground Up & Tenant ImprovementHandle Pre-construction and in-progress meetings with clientsCreate and track RFI's and SubmittalsSend out and track requests for proposals to multiple subcontracts prior to us assembling bidsHandle construction process from bid through close-out.Create and maintain project scheduleWork will mainly take place in office with some job walks and other field workCoordinate meetings with the subcontractors and project ownersPurchase materials for projectsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslySome travel may be requiredProficient in MS Project & MS Office SuiteContract Review and Document managementSolid subcontractor relationships & negotiation skillsExcellent Client interaction skills
