Job Title: Certified Surgical Assistant

Duties:Assist in surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon.Perform surgical scrub duties, maintaining strict sterile conditions.Monitor and report any potential contamination during procedures.Maintain an accurate count of instruments and materials used during surgery.Assist with specimen handling and ensure proper documentation.Support postoperative room cleaning and equipment sterilization.Prepare medications and solutions under the supervision of a registered nurse.Skills Required:

Thorough understanding of operating room protocols and aseptic techniques.Ability to anticipate surgical team needs effectively.Education:

Certification in Operating Room Technology required.

Prior operating room experience preferred
